If you’re thinking about adding a new pet into your family, have you considered visiting your local shelter or pet adoption agency? Not every rescue organization is right for every adopter, just like not every dog is the perfect match. Chihuahua dogs have reached the pinnacle of popularity as ‘Bruiser’, as ‘Legally Blonde’ girl Reese Witherspoon’s pet dog. Unless your purpose for having a dog in your life is to have a show dog, or to produce purebred puppies to sell to worthy pet parents, I strongly believe you should look into adoption from the shelter first.
