Every day people see stray dogs on the streets, wandering neighborhoods, and going from door to door begging for food. Rarely will a pure-bred dog be put up for adoption except in unique situations. Many of the dog shelters are non profit organisations funded by donations so they can care for homeless dogs. We are incredibly excited to team up with Aubuchon Hardware (832 Stevens Avenue, Portland) for a donation drive and puppy adoption event this Saturday, June 4th from 11am-2pm.

The Arizona dog adoption centers will gladly welcome those willing to take responsibility for one of these dogs and finding them a good home. I appreciate dogs and the unconditional love they have for people. Then, while caring for animals, staff and volunteers try to learn as much as they can about these animals as well as those who come to the shelter as strays.
